Insurance is optional. Please inquire. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail if they are not insured by you. We have had about 3 incidents a year where someone claimed to have not received their merchandise. That's out of over 15,000+ shipments over the last 4 years. The odds are with you to go without insurance, but you never know.
