All these lighters on this page use butane gas that you can pick up at any convenience store. They are designed to operate in a normal sized hand. Many of these lighters come in different colors (most in chrome, gray, or black...sometimes gold).
You will be sent either one of those colors unless you specify for availability.

This will give you an idea of what kind of FIRE is coming out of the various lighters.
Some lighters feature 2-3 different FIRES
(check the pop up descriptions on the thumbnails below).
Many of the Lighters have a picture next to it with the type of FIRE that is coming out!!

There is an adjustment notch on every lighter. This is what you turn (with a small screwdriver) to adjust FIRE height. On most lighters it is also the place where you put your butane fuel in. Here is an example of the notch area on the bottom of this lighter:
